Twelve delegates have graduated from Henley Africa’s ‘Merchants Middle Management Programme’. The graduation was themed around ‘Graffiti’ as the delegates truly embraced Puleng Makhoalibe’s, head of the Henley School of Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship (ICE) creativity session.

Merchants is a Dimension Data company that designs, builds and operates contact centers. They are a leading BPO solutions provider, specialising in customer experience & customer interactions.

“The programme included taking delegates to Henley’s garage basement where they did some graffiti work to symbolise their journey on this amazing programme.  Merchants were so impressed by this that they will be looking at using the artwork in some of their marketing material,” said Steven Carlin, Programme Director for the course.

“The brief from Merchants was different to Henley’s normal programme delivery as they had a tradeshow/exhibition as their final assessment. As part of the final presentation, we had a graphic recorder which recorded all the delegate’s presentations. A tree planting session was also held in memory of one of the delegates,” he said.
