One of the biggest challenges COVD-19 has unlocked for leaders in SMMES is the fear factor. If we cannot tap into our creative and problem solving capabilities because we are paralysed, we will flounder. In this session we will be exposed to three anxiety busting techniques (Navy Seals use them) and 2 certainty creating techniques (one for the short-term and the other more long-term in its orientation). Lastly we will unpack 3 key leadership practices that will help your team navigate these difficult times.

Dr. Mark Orpen-Lyall, Founder of Synenergy Consulting was awarded a PhD for his research focusing on developing individuals resilience capabilities. He has been since 2000 a registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
