About the Speaker

 

Stephanie Shaw – Executive Coach – Henley Business School UK
Stephanie is a psychology graduate and executive coach with a passion for helping people find more happiness and fulfilment in their lives. She enjoys all aspects of career coaching – from helping people facing a career crossroads, to building confidence and impact in job interviews. Stephanie’s career background has spanned talent management, talent acquisition and management development in the Retail and Commercial Banking sectors (NatWest and RBS) as well as having run her own coaching consultancy business.

As an experienced facilitator and licenced practitioner, she is able to draw on a number of different team development and psychometric tools (MBTI, TMS, Strengthscope) to create experiential, engaging learning environments. She has particular professional interests in the areas of wellbeing, resilience and stress management.

At Henley, Stephanie has led Career and Professional Development Programmes for MBA/ MSc students and is currently the lead Executive Coach for the Henley MBA programme. This includes one to one careers coaching and facilitating group workshops which enable students to approach a global market place with confidence and resilience.

About the Speaker

 

Sarah Rourke Careers and Executive Coach – Henley Business School UK
I am a Careers and Executive Coach at Henley Business School, coaching a wide range of students, from undergraduates to MBAs, who are navigating the jobs market and the ever-changing world of work. I lead on careers and professional development for the Degree Apprenticeship programmes, working with clients across a wide range of sectors and seniority levels. I also train students through workshops as diverse as Improvisation, Mind Management and Resilience, bringing an experiential approach to help students understand themselves and their place in the world of work.

Communication is the theme running through my career. A qualified journalist and coach, my background is varied with several years’ experience in HE careers services as a coach and manager and previous to that I was a business owner and also worked for the NHS in training and advisory roles, as well as for the BBC in radio production.

I take great pleasure in being able to help people explore their potential and get the best out of their working lives, whether they are taking their first steps into professional life, looking for a change or role or career or aiming to make improvements to their current working lives.
